Nurse images from real nurses

ESNO is depending on nurse images for publications, newsletter, website, magazines and so on. The easy way is to download stock-photos' but they are not nurses, they are actors and does not reflect the image of nurses. We are interested for images related to the real nursing world based on your nursing work, images from the nursing world by nurses. This can be clinic, technical, administration research, by nurse images but also objects and instruments. 
On the structure, we have no real big wishes but have some guidelines.

  • If you are wishing to engage, we send you a link where you can upload your pictures
  • Good resolution image but doesn’t need to be HD but it shouldn’t be a pixelated image so that it looks good on social media
  • Image type can be: JPEG, PNG .AI, .EPS or .SVG
  • Please include words on subjects such as: sort of specialism or health domain, nation, hospital or community or leadership.
  • You name (and social media such as twitter LinkedIn FB if you have) will be mentioned on the ESNO website as provider of images.
  • You allow our designer to do photoshopping for the right resolution, colour settings or using parts of the image.
  • High on our priority list are images of real nurses and situations but also images like nurses at work, at the background but also close-ups from medication table, office
  • For the photographers, we wish to have nurse photographers from all European regions because lot of images can reflect a national or regional atmosphere of their nurses world.
  • You might also consider to create team images and profile your team and ward and office in the pool. 
  • If we have enough members of the Image nurses pool, we will organize a special photo webinar for the pool members. 
  • The right of the image remain of the photographer and will only used for ESNO activities. If others want to use it, they can make a request and this will be forward to the photographer.

ESNO, Nurses Guide on AMR and Vaccination

In process, the ESNO Nurses Information and Education Guide on Anti Microbial Resistance (AMR) and Vaccination   Regarding  the current role of nurses in combatting antimicrobial resistance (AMR), ESNO regards that thus far there had been a lack of involvement of specialist nurses on this issue and that there is great potential to increase involvement in the areas of antimicrobial stewardship, surveillance of the incidence of drug-resistant infections and education of patients on this topic. "We're back!" Is this what #COVID19 could have been thinking, as the world entered another global viral pandemic?
